1How do I order a design at Blue Creative?
Please contact us through our contact us page or call / wa, tell us the design you want to make, then please pay 50% DP as a sign of design making.
2What to do after the down payment process?
Please wait 2 - 4 days to see a preview of the design you ordered. The number of design choices given is 2. Then you choose the design that you think is good and if there are deficiencies please tell us to make revisions.
3What is the revision?
The revision changes a maximum of 30% of the initial concept. For example, the shape of the font, the addition of taglines, minor changes in color and shape.
4How long is the revision to be processed?
About 2 days at most.
5How many times can I revise?
The maximum revision process is 4 times, if more than that, an additional fee of 200,000 / revision will be charged.
6What files are obtained?
The files obtained are JPG or PNG when previewed. Then .CDR (CorelDraw) for logos, .PSD (Photoshop) for other than logos when final
7In what form is it sent?
The raw files will be sent via email.
8Can a logo be registered with HAKI as well?
